Pisto Manchego (Ratatouille)

Ingredients:
6 tomatoes
1 green pepper
1 red pepper
1 zucchini
1 onion

Method:

In a large pot, cook at Medium heat with olive oil on the bottom of the pan, sauté onion and peppers. Once they are cooked, add zucchini, as that cooks, add the tomatoes.

Cook until there is no liquid left.
