Pasta with Broccoli, Red Peppers and Garlic

Boil broccoli heads with pasta (I use the pasta made out of rice and quinoa, its lighter on the stomach than wheat-based pasta)

In a separate pan, stir fry red peppers (cut in julian strips) along with thinly sliced garlic. Once peppers are soft, pour in the drained pasta/broccoli mixture.

Stir-fry it all together in olive oil. Salt to personal taste.
